Open water on the NSR

Hey all, I know that certain sections of the NSR stay open all year due to current / outflows etc.

I already know of the Goldbar outflow, was just wondering if there are any areas that guys know are open right now other than Goldbar close to the city hopefully.

That is open because of gold bar. Not much for access though.
