Was down on the Clearwater today and had a blast with the whites, I was using a bead head prince nympth. I ended up having to put on some soft weight in order to get it down as the current was strong and you couldnt mend fast enough. Next time I go Im going to use my sinking line . Was still fun though. I was talking to 2 gentelmen in a drift boat, they had put in on hwy 22 and had only caught a few browns. They said there was lots of pretty water but not a lot of fish
I dont think they were targeting white's like I was. They are a blast in a heavy current with a 4 weight fly rod. Next The red Deer River YAY!!!!
