Default 2018 elk

Well got my bull today wasn't expecting much with the weather hot and windy but it worked out good , had it butchered and hanging in two and a half hours mostly by myself had a little help to load into the tub trailer.

Good work!

I love to see nice clean quarters like that. You know what you are doing.

What bullet were you using in the 270?

Well done 35, nice bull. If the cows are causing too many problems...…..my wife has early season and will be up next week (she has had great bull opportunity but no cow yet) and I have mid season...………..The elk have been very scarce around our place since about day 3 of rifle.
