Default 2 shacks out @ Joussard

Detoured through Joussard this afternoon and noticed 2 shacks out on the ice already. Brave? Premature? Stupid? Or is 12" actually safe even though the heaves haven't began yet? Anybody that has fished Slave would know the heaves that create from now until January.

If they have permanent shacks you would think they know the lake. Truck or quad tracks?

Considering there was only 6-7 inches at Snipe this week 12" on the big lake is doubtful. I'd have to say they want thier spot before anyone else gets a shack out there. Brave, and stupid imo.
