Where the eye's at Dickson dam

Was just out at dickson dam tailwater trying my luck for some eye's. Couldn't manage any today. Was just wondering if they are just really dormant and are still near the turbines or have moved down river maybe in the overflow still water. I did manage 2 nice Browns, one personal best at 4 lbs though. Maybe some tips if any pros are out there that fish this tailwater regularly. PM me if you dont want to let any secrets out, my mouth will be shut. Amazing i never seen another sole fishing today. I think that super bowl thing was on or something. lol.
