Fort McMurray Fish and Game club ( gun range). You need a membership it's $200. Great range, worth the money imo

I used to shoot in Abraham (undeveloped sub) straight west of Dickensfield.
Now that they started activity in there, parsons creek would be my pick for the easiest quickest option most likely.
Range is nice though, just a bit of a drive.

$200 bucks is quite a bit to shoot a bow a couple times

That's why I never bought one. The gun range is included in the 200$ but I never shoot guns so its not worth it. I heard they have a 3D course which could make it worth while depending on the amount of targets they have

Fort McMurray Fish and Game is the way to go. They will be installing the walking trail as soon as it dries up it will be loaded with RineHart Targets our Archery field is also loaded with 3D targets as well as butts and Blocks to shoot. Memberships can be purchased at either of the Chows locations

If you only want to shoot a couple of times maybe its not for you, you can go buy a $100 target and go up to Tower Rd.

But if you want to shoot more then a few times and work on longer distances or multiple distance targets at the same time there is no better place. The outdoor range goes out to 80 yards and is well maintained during the summer months field point targets are always up, so you don't have to bring your own. They have a huge selection of Reinhart 3D targets which they put up for special shoots. They also have a walking 3D course that is fun. And during the winter you can shoot indoors, last year they had Paper Matches on Friday nights and general shoot on Sunday.

Not to mention you have access to the Skeet range, Rimfire range, rifle range and pistol range. It is one of the cheapest memberships in all of Fort McMurray for what you get. Even if you don't use any of the gun ranges its still a great value, who knows maybe you might even shoot more then a couple of times.
