Used Lower Unit??
Hey guys, new to the forum but I'm searching out any and all places to solve my problem......
Basically I have a '98 Evinrude 115 FICHT which has been a good motor and runs great, but needs a new lower unit. Near as I can tell as long as it is a '95-06 60 degree unit (EFI or non, 75-115hp), 13 spline it should be the same.
Does anyone know of someone who might have a motor with a crapped out powerhead OR some shops in Alberta/SK that may deal in used parts? The guys at the shop priced out a new one installed to the tune of $5800. YA --- No.
Any help or direction would be appreciated to get me back out on the water!!
