Big Tombstone Lake Cutts?

Has anyone fished Tombstone Lake this year? I was just there 2 days ago and between the 2 of us we caught over 60 cutts in 4 hours. Fun day but we were a little disapointed because this year we didn't hook or see any fish over 12". In years past we've hooked many in the 2lb/18"-20" range. Does anyone know what happened to he bigger fish?
