Default Forestry trunk road

Heard from a source the trunk road near the Livingston river received over 170 mm rain, about 8 inches . Not sure what the conditions are like.

Some of the road is washed out back there and they build a temporary road to get some of the campers out.

I commented on this in the fly fishing section.

Lots of the road is washed out, the picture I saw near the fire base had a 2-4m gap in it due to high water. Lots of debris, and huge log jams.

Not gonna be very good for a while, there is a lot of repairs to do. Give it a couple weeks and hopefully the repairs will all be done.
