Nice work,

I had better make a trip over there before you guys clean the lake out. Was it the usual early morning bite and shallow water?

Thats my goal is to hook a big brown out of there. I may have to make the trip over there tomorrow early morning and get into some.

Were you fishing the usual spots that most people fish or away from the norm.?

I have a few spots that usually produce pretty good but I have yet to see a brown roaming around so I may have to try somewhere else.

hmm I will have to go look around. I will find some fish I'm sure I just don't know what to use to target those big browns. The brookies and perch will keep me busy until I can figure the browns out.

So care to share a secret or 2? we only 50' away and didn't even see a fish. Well actually I saw 1, but it just swam by.

Secrets? You tell me how to get the browns and I'll tell you the rest? actually there's no real secret next to what I"m using. Not what you'd expect really, kinda sworn to a big of secrecy I can say it's not a lure and it's not bait.

Good job on the fish! I stayed maybe an hour after you left, drilled lots of holes and never saw one fish!

I got there around 9 and fished a few holes, saw nothing again. Called it quits when my beard iced up! I really need to get a hut!

I think me and my uncle are heading out on tuesday give it a whirl. Found some auger bits at walmart of all places . I felt bad about ditching out and not being able to get on here. Anyone else notice this site was down hardcore?
