wind from the east - fish bite the least.

wind from the west - fish bite the best. i'm a firm believer in this.

I'll add this - my other hobby besides fishing is keeping fish I have sixty tanks in the basement. I do not need to look up at the sky to know when there is a full moon the fish tell me real quick. The large breeders are not too interested in food for about 2 days they still eat but not with the same vigor.

They are both steelhead. The first one was a half mile from the salt, had been back in the fresh for just a few minutes. It's all about timing....

if yer facin south and the wind from the east -- don't pee to your left . vice versa if its a west wind.

Fishing should be fantastic from noon toaday through Wednesday,, perfect moon,, pressure a bit low today but tomorrow should be stellar!!!!

Well, you might have been right about this one. I got a trout hat-trick on the Bow this afternoon and a PB cuttie.
