Default Fishing the McLoed downstream of Edson

Hi newcomer here. Does anyone know what the fishing is like just outside of town on the McLoed, for Rockies??

Its is Great in some holes/runs all the way to the ferry . Wolf Creek where it runs in and for Walleye too just down from the effluent run in and by the old hy-way bridge.. ooopppss

Lived in Edson for years, Mcleod was pretty fun for walleye mostly, and caught the occasional pike. Never caught a white there though.

mcloud is very low right now, drove by it today, was snowing in robb though, just a trace on the ground out there way

Fish the main part of the holes and u will catch whites and the tail outs will have the grayling.........ii use to live in whitecourt for years i have fished upstream of the ferry with great luck

The whites are probably done running or close to it.
I fish them closer to Peers with good success, but I have caught them up as far upstream as cadomin. The runs they hold in are a lot longer and seem to hold bigger fish down from the ferry down towards whitecourt.
