Default Pigeon Lake ice?

I'm probably hoping too much on this, but has anyone seen signs of the ice melting on Pigeon?

Fisher Home and half of Mulhurst bay is open water. I did not check Ma-me-o beach or Provincial park.

Thanks. We're heading that way this weekend. Have a campsite reservation, so if can't put the boat in the water there will go on a day trip to Buck Lake.

I'm thinking of Buck lake for May long as well.

Will be my first time at Buck lake, planning to use bottom bouncer with minnow and worms to cover the water.

Any pointers on fishing presentation on Walleyes??

how's the pike in there?

Thanks for the pics Bear. Looks like it will be a quiet weekend at the campground
Hope my little guy catches a few fish at Buck Lake to keep the interest up for him.
Can maybe do some fishing after supper at Pigeon from shore.
