Anyone have an extra package of elk steaks that have sitting in the freezer?
I wasn't able to get one again this year, and my kids were so looking forward to some steaks. With knee surgery next week my season is over too.
I don't want to sound like I am begging, but my kids are coming to my house for the weekend, and I know they would love a BBQ.
I know I could go to the Farmers Market and buy some, but it is so expensive and the farmed elk are not even close to wild elk on the yummy goodness meter.

a little off topic but thats like, when your hunting and knock one down and need help. Fire 3 shots in the air to attract attention. I lost 6 arrows doing that . LOL
