Default Cypress Hills Hunt

I was wondering if anyone on here was successful in the cypress hills elk hunt this year. I heard a big bull was taken but didn't see any pictures. I hunted the fourth week and found very few signs of elk until the last couple days of the hunt. Being my first elk hunt I had a blast and now need to found some general elk wmu to hunt next year.

I shot a cow on my hunt, there was a heard of maybe 40 and it had six bulls in it but the biggest one was only a 5x5 so I opted for a cow instead.

Did you have any snow on the ground yet in the fourth week? We found that even when you watched a herd of elk walk through a place and went directly there you couldn't find any evidence that they had walked through the grass. 100+ elk can move through and leave no evidence they had been there.
