Anyone have experience with an ION 10" electric ice auger ?

My shoulders bother me after using my old Jiffy which weighs about 38 lbs,and was looking at the ION electric which is about 22 lbs but can only find it in 8" and have to order the optional 10" auger.Just wondered if anyone has any experience with them.

Have the ION. Love it Only use the 10 inch flighting, cuts like crazy. Never used the 8 inch flighting but does not have as much power as my old 10 inch Eskimo did. Really happy, no fumes, fuel or noise Drilled 16 holes so far and still 3 bars(full) on the battery indicator. Weight is a nice plus as well

Looked at them last year and after seeing the Strikemaster only weighed 23 lbs went that route.

I too had issues with the old heavy auger so went the light route.
