Default Crowsnest River

Anybody been down to the Crowsnest in the last few days? What are the conditions like? I have never fished there before. Nor do I know the area. Have read the regs. Thinking of heading between East Hillcrest and Lundbreck Falls. Any public access areas? Any info will be helpful ( More than likely I am suspecting high water). Might be better off saving a tank of fuel lol.

Lundbreck falls is a great place to start, lots of access around there, try above and below the falls, haven't fished it personally, but I've heard nothing but good things from some pretty advid anglers

Default Head to Bellevue. Talk to Vic.

The fishin is good. We won't blow out till we get some double digit weather. Vic will give you great directions. This is a good but busy time of the year to do the crow.

Thanks everyone. I haven't fished that far south. Know the RMH, Nordegg area like the back of my hand with the exception of a few spots. Spent last summer on the FTR SW of Longview. Thought I would give the Crow a try before it got too busy and till the season opens on my usual haunts.

Just to the top of the falls. From the bottom of the falls to the highway 3 bridge is closed right now. Other side of the bridge all the way down to the reservoir is open all year.

Yeah I read that. From the bottom of the falls heading east I am not interested in this time of year. Just concerned with the stretches that are open, which the regs clearly state. Thanks guys.
