Default Freezing Before Fleshing

Wondering if a cape could be frozen before it is fleshed without causing any issues? I'm running a little short on time and don't think I'll be able to get to fleshing for a bit. Any tips would be appreciated.

Absolutely, just make sure you don't salt it down because it won't freeze properly and the hair will slip.

When temp is 10 degrees f or so take the cape and stretch it out overnight outside. Flesh it next day, you will be shocked how easy frost scraping hides is. Very fast as well.

Don’t roll hide to tight. Deer hair is a good insulation. If to tight will heat up in the middle and rot. Had it happen with a couple rolled coyotes.
