Default Best place for Pork Trim Calgary area?
Where are you guys getting your pork trim from for sausage processing? I know of Red Deer Lake Meats, but they seemed to have doubled their price...

Suggestions?

talk to your local meat dept at your supermarket to put some aside for you. May have to wait a day but it is cheap.

Went to Costco this year. Fast clean and reasponable.
