For those that don't know, there is a setting you can turn on that will put sub-titles on the video. Not a perfect rendition of what is said but it helps with some of the whispered audio. Lower right corner of the screen when the video is playing, click on the lumpy wheel, choose English sub-titles.

Glad to help. You should be able to select that to "On" when you are publishing the video, that way it will work automatically for everyone that opens the video to view it.
