Jiffy Auger Tune up Edmonton?

My sister recently has passed on to me my Fathers old JIffy 10 inch auger it is a good 25 years old has the tucumseh engine but is in need of a serious tune up and most likely a carb rebuild as it has not been run in over 15 years. Who would you all recommend?
