Default Lakes around edmonton.

Hello, I'm looking for a lake to take a day trip to. What lakes have been good recently? I don't have a boat, but will fish from a canoe. Any suggestions for near by lakes? Thanks.

all the local lakes can be good. You just have to go and put in your time. Battle, pigeon and buck for walleye. Pike bite good all summer in most lakes too. Trout in all the stocked lakes too.

Depending on how far you want to travel Carson Pegasus by whitecourt is a great place to spend the day
