I believe there is a Red Deer archery club that puts 3D events on, and the renovations to the shop , I assume will give you a chance to shoot 3D as well.

I think there's supposed to be a Red Deer Fish & Game shoot on the 24th or 25th.

The Red Deer Fish and Game shoot is on April 25th, it is out on their land by Pine Lake. Registration is at 9:00 am and shooting starts at 10:00am.
