Big shout out to CBA for all the help, only took us a year and the purchase of a boat to get it.
It's my first and hope not the last

It was a fun night out ! Cant wait to do it again man ! Maybe next time we will do a day trip not a night trip ! lol lol lol
On a side note .... This fish was 49 3/4" fork length and estimated at 28.8lbs and was also my first Sturgeon of this open water season... I caught this fish on May 9th... And has now been Re-Capped Almost exactly 13 weeks later....
Its a pretty good sign that with proper care and handling our Sturgeon fishery in the NSR can be enjoyed by many more generations to come ! ! !
Again LundRebel... I had a lot of fun , and Thanks for the good Company !
Here is a pic of the same fish 13 weeks earlier !

Ya, my usual spot and Lund gets a sturgeon, his wifey hooks into a sturgeon, vigsy gets a walleye, and I'm stuck with the damn gold eye ..... And bgsh...... Well we all know Shawn.... Many failed hook sets ! .. Lol lol lol
All jokes aside, it was a slow night of fishing, but great company makes a guy forget about the slow fishing !
