Before Christmas I had posted thoughts on child rearing; something to the effect how we (parents) sometimes don't realize what does needs to be taught despite what kids just learn on their own. This was about my daughter learning to ski and how important self confidante really is.
She and me sin began the ski season on kiddie greens. Yesterday, they both wholeheartedly completed their first black diamond run in Nakiska. I'm very proud...here they are!

They learn a lot through observation, things we are not aware of.
A 3 year old once said grampa don`t say swears. I guess they are
aware of what we do or don`t do and it stays with them.
