I don't post much here but I do however read alot of posts...

Next week Edmonton is hosting the first ever Cottage Life Show outside of Toronto. It's the same group that has the TV channel and magazines that you maybe aware of...

I will be coming from Vancouver to attend the show after going to the Toronto show for the past three years. I will be doing some cooking demonstrations on the Outdoor Coooking Stage and sharing some stories about competition BBQ and smoking meats. Got the base done for the cabin last Oct.
Will be completing it this spring /summer, looking for some ideas.
