Default Sheep River ?

I have only managed 1 day on the river this year due to a fall at work. I fished the crow last weekend and was planning to fish the sheep west of Sandy Mcnabb this upcoming weekend. I know the river has changed alot, but if anyone has fished that area and could pass on any info of how it is fishing that would be great. PMs welcome.

Fishing on the sheep has been amazing for me the past few weeks. I am averaging 6-12 fish daily (over4 hour days). Trout are going nuts for dry flies right now, Caddis, Adams, Mosquito size 12-16 will catch fish for you no prob. I have not got many white fish since dry flies have been so amazing lately. Tried to go sunrise once and i got no success at all. Afternoon when the sun is over te river has seemed to be the best time. I would suggest you stay away from Terrestrials and streemers(i tried and tried and tried and no action at all). If you want to target whitefish use the prince nymph.

Good luck and have fun!
