Gun Clubs near Strathmore Alberta

Hey I am new to Strathmore and wondering if anyone knows of there is a gun club near by or do I have to drive to Calgary. Thanks!

most of the trailer parks let you shoot off your front or back porch but only until 10PM and not before 8am on sunday, so if that is not your style it is off to west of calgary my friend

I think the ppl at olie's quick lube in strathmore. They run one or know about one just out side of town. I think. But there is one in strathmore

A gun range is currently under construction in the Milo area. Apparently it is progressing well, but had been delayed somewhat due to the earth moving equipment required in the High River area. Rumour has it, that it will be a range beyond 100 yards and that it is scheduled to open this summer. There are some AO members that know a bit more that I do. But, from Strathmore, it isn't that long of a drive.

I wonder if they are going to increase the number of memberships once the Milo range opens?
I tried to get in this year but they were full.

Some of the Calgary members may not renew their membership due to the driving distance. Thus, it would be wise for anyone in closer to the Milo area to keep vigilant on this and grab a membership if openings should arise.
