If anyone is wondering. Road going into old man rec area toward the falls has bridge out, only made it just past old man group campground. So headed for lynx creek. Road washed thereto. Tried lost creek, bridge out there to. Random camping spots are fairly limited. All the nice spots next lynx creek and old man are inaccessible. Maybe save someone some time.
