What is wrong with people...
I couldn't imagine doing this to anyone... 3 men laying a beatdown on an autistic man, complete stranger. Used to live in Toronto, know Square one well.

Cowards and basic scum.

There faces are so very clear and I am sure within a week these idiots will be caught. I won't be surprise if they just surrender themselves.

Man watching this video upset me. Just senseless.
The article I read stated that there was an escalator just out outside of the scope of the camera and a number of people witnessed this. I can't beleive not a single person intervened.
It's bad enough that a random attack occurred but to think that no one around thought they should try and help this poor kid...

The guy even tries to move his shoes out of the way so no one trips on them. Busy terminal and these guys got away?
I'd bet a few "men" watched this happen and did nothing.
I know it's risky to intervene at times but could you look yourself in the mirror after watching this and doing nothing?
I hope these guys are caught and given the maximum punishment for this unprovoked attack. Although that will probably turn out to be a few weeks behind bars out early on good behavior.

scumbag alert
Peel police have identified two of the three suspects in the recent assault of a 29-year-old man with autism at a bus terminal in Mississauga.
Based on what police call an "overwhelming" amount of tips from the community, officers identified Ronjot Singh Dhami, a 25-year-old and Parmvir 'Parm' Singh Chahil, 21 of no fixed address.
A Canada-wide arrest warrant for Dhami and Chahil has been issued. Both men are wanted on one count each of aggravated assault.
There is a third suspect but police have not yet identified him.
Const. Bancroft Wright responded to reports of Dhami's lawyer telling the media that his client is turning himself in.
"It's an unusual step to take. The most logical step would be to take your client and go to a police station as opposed to contacting a news organization," he said.
Police say Dhami, Chahil and the other suspect may still be in the Greater Toronto Area. Police are encouraging the men to call a lawyer and surrender to police.

As the title states, what is wrong with people? What a cowardly act... probably not a great career move either.

They should all be charged with a hate crime. They attacked that man for no other reason than he was different. There was no altercation, they were not robbing him. They simply attacked him because he was autistic. That sounds like the definition of a hate crime.
Ontario has some of the strongest hate crime legislation in the world. They should use it.

You don't have to go all the way to Toronto for episodes like this. 4 thieves beat the stuffing out of elderly man near Rocky when he went to investigate some activity in yard in the middle of the night. Not a hate crime, but equally disgusting.

There is too much hate in the world.
We ALL need to think really hard on what we say and do.
There is bigotry, hate and racism everywhere.
Whether it's politics, race, religion, social status, wealth, sexual orientation, mental health, physical appearance we ALL live on this planet, breath the same air, bleed the same color blood.
We're are divisive cruel impulsive creatures who have a herd mentality.
When others are singled out from the herd they can be too easily marginalized and ridiculed.
The picture comes to my mind is a chicken that gets pecked to death by the other chickens....simply because it has some thing wrong with its tail feathers
Do no harm to others is the motto we all need to live by whether mental, emotional, physical or financially.
The World is a messed up place.....

Canadian justice will be served. Slap on wrist, round the revolving door and back on the street by afternoon. Only in Canada. Pity!
