What's the best patterning 410 factory load, in # 4 and 6

That will depend on the shotgun, and the choke. Personally, I have no use for #4 in a 410, the pattern is gong to be too sparse to be practical. In fact #7-1/2 is the largest shot that I would ever use in a 410.

Not sure what your purpose is but theres a
.410 following with the heavier than lead turkey loads. Probably expensive$$
