Sad to see how we have devolved to a point where adults on both sides of the debate are worse than children arguing over what cartoon character is best.

The sun will rise Tuesday morning and life will continue.

Exactly

I wonder if Naheed Nenshi and just call me Thomas coming out for the NDP had any impact in the reversial of the trend of UCP down to up. Timing on the change in direction is right around their pushes.

In any case I certainly hope 338 is right.

Possibly but the big tax hike aimed at buisness may have killed the red queen we can only hope. It may have been a combination of the two and Albertians finaly waking up?

Probably doesn't work in practice, but would be interesting to see.
It does work. The NWT and Nunavut run this way, and the Yukon used to up until the 80s.

I hope so too. It’s time this province moves forward, not backward. Next is to end this BS in Ottawa.

Turn this crap around now or it will never happen.

That’s pretty close to what the Calgary Herald poll predicted yesterday 👍

Don't know if this link works but it says a vote for Notley is a vote for Trudeau

Here is the problem. Some peoples lives won’t change much under socialism and socialist rule. Mine will. So Tuesday is a pretty significant day for many.

Leading up to this election, just like all others, we've seen many public opinion polls. I've always believed the purpose of polls is to influence opinion and therefore voting, more so than to measure it. If we can't trust our media, why trust polls, which are often done by media based institutions?
Anywho, it's time to go vote, and hope for the best, though I'm afraid Nutley will win.

I'm quite optimistic that the UCP will have a clear majority.

Exactly, those of us that want to support ourselves rather than depend on handouts, want to own our own homes, want to own firearms, and that want to think and speak for ourselves, have a lot to lose.

Honestly, if the NDP are elected, the majority of lives here in Alberta won't change much...

Last time the NDP won the election in Alberta, you, I am many other Albertan's still supported ourselves, owned our own homes, and firearms.

I bleed Blue and hope the majority of our voters support my views. I as well understand that we are quickly becoming the minority here in Alberta as our chosen political party needs leadership and direction to retain future supporters.

The NBC 60 Minutes program last night on Residential Schools was not good timing for this election.

I absolutely agree. I can't stand Smith or my UCP candidate, yet that's the circle I coloured the other night. The problem I have with my candidate, is that he has been a conservative, a liberal leader, and now a UCP candidate. I can not grasp or willingly accept floor crossers.

These conservatives are not the conservatives I grew up voting for 40 plus years ago.

I'm hoping again that they can win tonight and get back to conservative values that align with what I was raised with and voted for. Since Alison Redford they've been a car wreck.

Too bad Einstein was dead and buried by the time the vision of the internet even existed.

That would most likely mean what I quoted was not true either

Of the points listed above, which one of them are false? The truth hurts doesn't it. I know that's hard for some NDP supporters to believe.

Unfortunately I think NDP are going to win. Not because of Notley but because no one trusts Smith. If Jean was party leader it would be a landslide UCP victory. Brutal.

I hope you are wrong. The thing about Jean is would he stand up to the Turd? I don't think so. If he was Premier nothing would change imo.
