Bowtech heartbreaker. They can be found on here, kijiji, and cgn quite frequently and around 400 bucks. They are as good as they get imo.

Mathews Prima.

Go to a bow shop and get your wife to shoot whatever women's bows they have available at her draw length and same poundage. We went in last year to Jimbows in Calgary and tried the Mathews Prima, Hoyt Eclipse and Bowtech Eva Shocky model.
Prior to the visit and looking at reviews we thought she would go with the Hoyt but trying all the bows out the draw cycle sucked. It was close between the bowtech and mathews. The Mathews is just such a great bow. She shoots it great. And how quiet it is is amazing. The cams and string setup are awesome too. The whole setup for her just makes sense and fits her great. Can't recommend it enough.

Going to a bow shop and shooting a bow that fits you is always the best advice.
