You need to upload your full size photos at a hosting website like photobucket or imageshack or flickr then just post the links to them. Check out the sticky in the general section about using photobucket

when I post a thumbnail
I go back to the post after it is posted and click it to view image source and grab that
Then I throw that between [img] put image address here with no spaces [/img]
