Partied with Semenko, Lumley, and Hunter back in 85. While Messier was out destroying Gretz car. Barry T's.

What do ya wanna talk about? How about your predictions? I believe you picked the flames in 6 and the Sharks in 5 or 6?
Let me guess, your picking the Ducks in round two

Oh yeah, and both of those wins feel so GOOD!!!!! maybe this will silence some of the critics about how this is a one horse team, everybody stepped up while the sharks spent all their time shutting down mcdavid, how do that work for them? Ha go Oilers go!!!!

Oilers should be just fine. They have what the Flames sorely lacked, goaltending. The main difference between the 2 teams in the last 10 years has been goaltending. Kyprosof was absolutely outstanding for several years. It would appear that Elliott is not the answer.

I agree. That is twice in one series where the Oilers had a stick break at the worst possible time.

That is so true. Talbot gets lost in the shuffle but his emergence as a true #1 goalie, probably top 5 in the league, is as big a reason as any for their turnaround. A soft goal against here and there in that series and the momentum shifts and the outcome is probably very different. He was stellar except for one 7 min stretch in game 4.

Kipper outright stole a lot of games for the Flames they had no business winning. You swap that one player between the two teams and I think they would have swapped places in the standings too.

You might be able to make the playoffs with an "OK" goalie, but you can't win a Cup.

I saw on twitter that everybody in Montreal wants to trade Price. . . Typical

Please as an Oil fan don't let them get another Oil killer tender. Still have nightmares about Kiprusoff.

Oilers need a backup. Price might get Stanley Cup ring. However he might be oldest player on team.

It would be great to have him but it seems to me that for any team that can score goals, Price would still be a very hot commodity. I can't even imagine how tough it must be, to be him, knowing that if you give up 2 goals you probably lose. I don't think Montreal will trade him but if they do they will have plenty of interest. I can think of a dozen teams who would be interested.
