You don't see all areas but at least you get a taste. Goodluck.
Golly, that kind of response is best suited to PM Bowtech. Please keep your public comments about how crappy a hunt Wainright is, and how there are too many people, and how there are no big animals.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Might be handy to work off of each other a bit....exchange numbers etc to let guys know if something is coming their way.
I am also drawn for 2nd rifle. Perhaps we should put a group together.

A group of us got drawn for muzzy season. Cant wait never hunted the base. Gonna get the smoke pole dialed in this week.

Any moose hunters that wanna exchange some #s and info. I would be more than happy to keep my eyes out for bull winkle and let a guy know.

[QUOTE=duffy4;1530306]There is something about that statement that bothers me for some reason???

Doesn't surprise me. I know what your getting at, It would really get you if I was using my lever action.45 and riding a quad.

BS with folks in the morning, maybe give them a call and have lunch. Exchange info on what you saw for the day. No harm in that Duffy

Highway Traffic is at least edible and affordable.

Boston Pizza is ok if you like heated up entrees that arrived frozen by Sysco trucks.

Long's Chinese take out is pretty good but ask for less MSG in your order.

The Donair place is ok so is the Beef Baron if you like fried food or take out.

We have a Dominoes now and the Royal Pizza has changed hands or at least the sign is a different name - haven't been in there.

Husky, see Redfrog's comments.
I agree the Hot pot is good. A little hard to find in town. You have to go all the way in town, the steak was excellent. It was about the similar to a Keg steak as I recall.

Default wainright hunt

I was drawn in the last season. I have never hunted the base before. Curious, does F&W send out packages like they do with the bison hunt with info or is it up to the hunter to become aquainted with the base before the hunt?

Any info is appreciated.
