That's how you do it! I know exactly how you feel after a buck like that is down, elated but sad in a way. I ended my 3 year quest this fall as well, magnificent buck and congrats to you!

We measured him several times between three of us and came up with an average of 188-189 gross. I entered him into the B&C and as a typical he makes book but as a non typical he nets higher. Incredible the difference between his left and right antler.
Nothin' sweeter & then bittersweet than knocking down your target deer. Congratulations, great buck, great story & great photos. I hope a new target buck moves in for you.
