Default Not Ready For Ice Fishing

What a nice morning in Southern Alberta. None of the rivers are iced up and the walleye and goldeye were biting. Fishing with jigheads and minnows they were slurping up the minnows. One of the goldeye was 16.5 ins. and the biggest walleye was 23ins.

Yes, I've been fishing it for 40 years. Seen a lot of changes on it over the years. But the fishing stays consistent. Figure out, what fish, are biting, when ,and you can catch fish on the river the whole season. Usually stays the same year after year.
