Default Anyone know where white suckers run?

I'm looking for some bait and the place I used to find white suckers breeding in April hasn't produced them in the last couple years - anyone know where they run somewhere west of Edmonton?

Theres is a slough behind carson lake last april it was overflowing onto the road and the sucker fish were swiming on yo the road it was crazy there was storks and loons and eagles picking them off its the only time i ever saw yhat happen so im not sure it will happen again but i would assume the slough has a fat population of suckers we also catch them in carson now about 1 to every for trout.

Tons in chains lakes south of Calgary. Let anglers know you want some and you will get tons. Fish near the bottom. Wolf lake up north has them spawning just after ice out in the creek. Look for all the bloated pelicans.
