Awwww muffin. I got a suzuki samurai jacked up on 35s so stuck in a bowl in the field out back that had collected 2 feet of snow and then blew the engine out of it from working it to hard. Turns out I blew my water pump. Then me and my buddy towed 5 kids on sleds back to the house which was about a click and a half away. Then I walked to the farm down the road to ask my neighbor if he could tow me home with his 4 wheel drive tractor. And it was still an awesome day.

Man you city folk sure got it rough. How do you even manage driving in 6 inches of snow that someone else already broke trail through.

I should hope so. The day that 6 inches of snow stops anyone from doing anything is the day they should renounce their citizenship. My 5 whines less about having to trudge through the snow to the end of the drive to get picked up by the bus.

I'm old and I grew up in rural Saskatchewan. Alberta winters are tropical.

I miss being able to jump onto the roof of the house from a drift then powerdive right back into it. That and rabbit hunting at -44, mind you there was zero breeze so wind chill wasn't an issue.

I think it has more to do with spending tax money on something many look at as unnecessary than complaining that they have to drive to work in 6" of snow.

All good as long as you aren't driving north of Hinton with a Siberian Husky in the box.

My dog rides shotgun, enjoying jerky snacks, she is a spoiled ol'lab...

Headed out to the lake eh. We'll be headed out to do a bit of ice fishing as well today with a couple other families. Best of luck.

Listen sweet heart, the point of the pic was to show how the bike lanes got cleaned before the streets did..I'd say more but you already got your a-$-$ kicked in another thread

And my point is who cares. Are the roads impassable? Are the lanes and the roads cleared by the same contractor? Maybe just maybe a different contractor does the bike lanes and considering how few of them there are it would stand to reason they would be cleaned first doesn't it?

Carry on.
