I've never followed women's hockey but watching the can vs us game it is surprising how good it is.

Might be surprising to you - millions have known this for many years!

Men's hockey Canada versus Czech. 6:10 pm..starting shortly. I was impressed with the men at the Swiss game.

Revised.

Make that 8:10 pm Calgary start.

Was visiting my mother who was watching women's curling. The Canadian skip was ,making terrible shot choices, and is now the only rink without a win.

Curling is tightening up world wide, mostly because Canadians are coaching other teams around the world.
Rachel will come around, she may even get her hair done if she gets in a win streak.
C’mon girls.

Default Ski Jumping

I've been wowed by the ski jumping.
That must be one of the most incredible feelings in the world.
Closest thing to flying.

The kid from Calgary did pretty good today. Mackenzie.

Also Olympic womens hockey is amazing, especially CAN vs USA games.

I'm all for the Olympics.
Usually countries that have the "abandoned venue" stigma, have a lot of other problems contributing to their crumbling infrastructure aside from having hosted the Olympics.

Default Pretty good !

Considering the time they had to get together .
The impressive players are guys playing in Europe .
No super stars but it's palatable .

The women's hockey has really picked up in a couple
Of years and way more chippy that the men .....
Very watchable ....
Good thing ,you don't want to go outside here !

There's an Olympics on ? Kind of become farcical and irrelevant with all the crap around the games. Let's face it, without professional hockey, Canadians just don't care anymore.

I lost interest in any Olympics when it became about which country could cover its drug use the best...

It seems wrong that a person can win an event only to have it stripped from them just because their trainer/doctor is not as good at masking their drug use as the trainer/doctor of the runner-up.

I’d be all up on a full-out steroids Olympics.

I guess we needed to win by 4 goals for the next best positioning.

I think the Olympics summer or winter, show what is possible with the human mind and body.

I would love to have any of these athletes with me when I’ve only found hair and a drop of blood where I thought my trophy would be laying down.

True perceveirence, endurance, dedication, and will.

No different than the hunter.

I go curling three times a week so watching the games becomes addictive.

Gotta love that USA team though. They look like good ol' beer and pizza boys instead of the kale smoothie types on the other teams, and they just beat Koe and company!
