Default Wabasca lakes

Just wondering if anyone has ever ran the river between North and South Wabasca lake? I will be up there in a couple weeks with my jet boat just wondering if its possible.

Looks doable from google earth. Unless it’s weed choked.

Ive fished it before in canoe and there would be no real trick to it... unless you plan on doing it at full throttle, in which case its a bit of a dick move.

Honestly, I'm having trouble understanding why you want to run it. It will probably disrupt a bunch of peoples fishing for no real good reason that I can see. Other than very early in the season I have never experienced very good fishing in South Wab.

Thanks Bush league, I have never fished the other lake. The last time I was there a local fellow mentioned that there was good fishing over there thought I may try it.

There have to be some real big fish in south Wabasca , as it never gets fished.
The reason I say this is,because when ever the water level gets high. The large fish swim over to the north side
There seem to be alot of big pike getting caught in north wabasca when the level is high.

Good luck and let me know how you make out ,as this was my go to lake.
