Default NSR Flows

Anyone else noticing the flow rates really fluctuating the past few weeks. Looks like dam outflows are very inconsistent. Wonder why as they are generally much more stable?

During the hot spell the dams were producing maximum electricity to run all the air conditioners. Might explain some of the fluctuations. Now that it's cooling off the dams can relax a bit.
