Exclamation Fishing warm salt water

If you had a $900 westjet credit and a fishing rod where would you go in the next month or 4 for a 3-4 day trip?
I have a $2g credit we are going to use to go to Hawaii likely in February, but I would love to go somewhere by myself and throw lines off the beach, maybe even get in a boat a day or 2.

Any ideas?

For the US

I would look to Florida for Tarpon, Permit and Snook

Louisana for Redfish

Probably not enough timeframe for something in Cuba

ALthough not salt water fishing, there is some pretty good fishing in Ariz or New Mexico for stripers.

Cool the great blue deep.

Blue fin , mako &blue sharks off nova scotia . Go big or go home with the smallest chance of a mackerel shark . not much need for a 4wt .
