Default How to become a PAL or hunters ed instructor?

I have been looking online and have not had much luck with finding the right info.

If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated.

The wait list for to become a PAL instructor is loooong. I work at a gun range and one of ROs finally got in a course after being on the wait list for 3+ years. That was because he got lucky
