I imagine they will come out closer to the 2019 season on April 1. License can be gotten at the usual places. I don't know any changes but I'm sure there will be some.

I saw on AlbertaRELM, licenses are available on March 14.

March 14, 2019 9:00AM 2019/2020 licences available for purchase with exception of Big Game Licences.

Buddy says this winter on LLB has been tough. Seeing way fewer fish and catching even fewer.

La Biche is dead compared to a few years back and I let almost all the 80
To 90cm fish go back then. No idea what’s going on there ?

What happened to make it go downhill over the last few years with limited harvest?

Fish cops out at la no one told us to enjoy it while it lasts when he seen our pile of fish.
We were told wait until the new regs come out, there are going to be a lot of ****ed off fisherman in central AB once they see all the limit changes.

Be a tag system again for marble eyes but I’ve applied and never got it ? Ya catch and release on all pike I’m hearing. Pretty sad a guy can’t even go to the lake now and have a shorelunch

Walleye population ballooned due to stocking then failed to recruit properly. Netting and now old age are catching up with the population.

Knew the lake was going to go downhill after their last netting data. That is why they finally opened it up for tags(they realized was a lost cause and the fish were just going to die off or get netted).

Just another lake poorly managed. I can't wait until they do a 3rd party review of the walleye fsi program. I am hearing the review of proposed trout river closures didn't go in their favour as expected...

There is lots of harvest in LLB by folks with rights. Same is true for most of the lakes in the area.

Don’t know where but there is a few articles on Alberta realm that discuss limits for next year.

From what I gather from the surveys and results of such, I think there is going to be areas with a lot of catch and release in the next year or two.
