I wanna guide/work for a spring bear outfit

Hey guys. I know it ain't even close to spring bear season but it can't hurt to start gathering info now. I want to work for a spring bear outfit, whether it be guiding or just helping out with whatever the camp needs. I know alot of guys just want good help around camp. I'm 18 years old, and don't have much experience with spring bear let alone guiding em, but I've shot a handful of fall bears and I'm a competent outdoorsman+hard working kid. I wrangled for a northern BC horseback outfit a couple summers ago between school years but just graduated June 2016 and I'm looking for more work.

Any help on what's needed to guide in Alberta as well as tips on getting work over there, or even guys to get ahold of would be much appreciated!

Google alberta bear hunting likely a number outfitters advertizing then contact direct or contact alberta outfitters association for list and go to her
