Default Vortex Binoculars

I am thinking of picking up a pair of Vortex Crossfire 10x42 binoculars from Wholesale $180. I'm definitely on a budget and their warranty looks pretty good, so I thought I'd give them a try.

Has anybody owned a pair and have any reviews?

Thanks in advance for your replies.

Played with them a bit a couple years ago and they looked decent for the price. I have no idea on their durability though.

Thanks Sheep

I guess most guys put a bit more $$ towards the optics budget. What the heck, I'll give 'em a go.

Default Bino's

I bought a pair of Celestron Outland LX bino's a few years ago and I love them, very durable, great optics, draw light better than other high end bino's and at a very affordable price. I went in planning to spend big money and the sales guy at Russells Sports talked me into these and I never looked back.
Check them out if you want a good affordable bino.

I have the vortex diamondbacks, 10x42. I love them, although next time I think I might go for 8x42 instead.

from what i picked up prom a mini pk meeting while at work, (i didnt have 2 be there i just stopped and listened a few times while there was no customers in fishing), is that their prices r lower because they cut out any extra staff. less cost of production leave you with a high end product that wont break the bank.
