Default A Healthy snack

RECIPE FOR MARY’S ROYAL HIGH PROTEIN BISCUIT.

INGREDIENTS.

100 ml Canola Oil
100 ml Syrup
250 ml Oats
100 ml Sunflower Seeds
100 ml Coconut
100 ml Crushed Pumpkin Seeds
100 ml Cake Flour.
1/8 tsp (0.6ml) Bi-carb

METHOD.

1. Mix all the Coarse Ingredients with the oil and Syrup
2. Then add the Flour and Bicarb
3. Bake at 180 C for 45 min in greased baking trays
4. Cut into bars before totally cool


This biscuit is high in protein and if need be can sustain a man for 1 day.

I hate coconut, can I substitue with choc chips?
