Cersi Lannister. I also will be disappointed if Littlefinger does not get his.
I have more important stuff that is bugging me. Where did the undead come up with that big honking chain used to fish out the dead dragon? Who went under water to hook it up? Is the blue eyed dragon lost to the good side? I don't know how many times I have read that the dragon has three heads.

Littlefinger is the faceless man. Arya is going to kill Sansa. Jon will steal a dragon. Reek is going no where. Cerci will kill Jamie.
I want winter to come.

What I got from the books was that Raegar was Aeres II's younger brother. Which would make Dany and Jon cousins - kissing cousins by Targarian standards. And Jon is still the rightful heir before her by westeros law.
'The Winds of Winter' hasn't come out yet but the shows writers have had access to Mr Martin's notes. Still, there was no personified enemy called the Night King and whoever came up with the idea of an Ice Dragon played way too much dungeon & dragons as a kid.
I wonder if the tv show would have been as popular if they'd called it 'A Song of Ice and Fire'?

I think there is a significant connection between Bran and the night king.
In the Prologue of Book 1 George RR starts the series with a story beyond the wall and introduces the others. The very next chapter George RR introduces the men of the Stark household but it is Bran that is the central character.
In the first five books George RR has introduced many characters and told many stories and histories from different points of views. Every story and every detail is an important bases for further events. With a series this length, it is easy to overlook that it all started with the others and then Bran.

I have read many times that George RR is in complete control as to how the TV series is concluded. I understand that the goal is a conclusion that will satisfy the TV viewers but still leave George RR's final two books in demand.

What I get is that Rhaegar is the son of the mad king. Dany is the daughter of the mad king.
Jon is either the son of Rhaegar or also the son of the mad king. If he is the son of Rhaegar Jon may be the legitimate legal heir. If Jon is the son of the mad king he is probably not legitimate and still a bastard.
According to the book series and dealing with another situation aunt nephew marriages are legal.
According to the book I am going to guess that Tyrion is not a Lannister but the bastard son of the mad king.

The show has become very rushed now. Still entertaining, getting cheesier as it goes, becoming predictable, etc.
GRR has really got to finish the next novel, that's the true story.

I've heard rumors of a Prequel about Ned and Robs adventures, how Jon came to be, and the mad kings background.

I wonder if in this season or the next, does Jon find out who he really is??
There is a theory floating around the Jon is the night king. I'm more of the idea that it's Bran though...
